Established in 2020, GJ Enterprises was started with a mission to manufacture and supply superior quality natural food products on a global level. The company initially produced chips and shredded coconut using technology provided by the Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI). At the time of inception, the main objective was to bring sustainable food production in line with global standards, which also included manufacturing raw materials from coconuts.
Expanding upon our experience, we've expanded our offerings to include a diverse range of the variety of frozen goods we sell such as parathas, beef (manufactured in association with various regions across India), and tapioca. Founded in Kerala, India, we currently serve both domestic and international markets. We collaborate with both cooperative and independent private businesses, demonstrating our dedication to providing high-quality products and building strong partnerships. Mr. Gafoor comes with over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship and business management. He is a self-made entrepreneur who helmed many successful brands worldwide. He was successfully spearheading his family business in the UAE before launching GJ Enterprises. He handles product development, marketing, and communications at GJ Enterprises.

A significant milestone was the development of a pioneering method to produce instant coconut chips in just 30 minutes, compared to the industry standard of 12 hours. This research and development achievement revolutionizes the production process, reduces production time, and enhances the preservation of natural flavors and nutrients. We have also developed kiosk chip counters, which are made to provide clients with an easy and accessible approach to savoring our premium coconut chips.
